Nigeria Election Preview 2019 – VOA’S Paul Ndiho and Peter Clottey

Over 84 million voters are preparing to elect their next president on Saturday, February 16. The top two contenders are incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari of the ruling All Progressives Congress party, and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party.
